EGYM Genius AI is moving from pilot to a national standard. Following a standout trial phase, Fitness First, one of Germany’s largest gym chains, is now rolling out this AI-driven training solution across its entire network of 220 clubs. By Summer 2026, every facility in the network will leverage Genius AI to set a new industry benchmark: delivering hyper-personalised, data-backed training at a massive national scale.

Fitness First launched the EGYM Genius AI pilot in selected clubs in mid-2025. During this period, the company also acquired the FIT/One gym chain, creating an immediate need to rapidly scale member support and training quality to Fitness First standards. Genius AI played a critical role in supporting coaching teams during member onboarding and the creation of high-quality, individualised workout plans.

By automating administrative tasks, the system allows trainers to dedicate more time to personal coaching and member interaction.

The implementation of Genius AI was a strategic priority prior to the FIT/One integration, and the acquisition provided additional momentum for the expansion. The rollout is being executed in phases across regional clusters to ensure high training quality, staff certification, and smooth operational transitions.
