Here’s how Smart Strength creates unique experiences for your members and your gym.

Easy login and setup

The EGYM ID is the key to a personalised workout experience. It is a personal account that enables members to log into Smart Strength machines for automatic machine setup, and to connect to partner cardio machines. The ID tracks all member workout data and provides access to your gym's app. It also enables data sharing with your trainers, allowing them to create personalised training plans and monitor a member's progress.

Personalised programs

Smart Strength offers two workout modes tailored to personal performance levels and different user groups, providing personalised and engaging workout experiences for all fitness levels and goals.

Circuit Mode is designed for synchronised, guided workouts, making it ideal for beginners. In this mode, machines are arranged in a circuit, and members follow a structured sequence. Each machine automatically adjusts to the user’s pre-set configurations, facilitating efficient and safe workouts. This setup enhances throughput during peak times and provides a consistent training experience.

Open Mode offers flexibility akin to traditional strength training areas. Machines operate independently, allowing members to select exercises based on their preferences. This mode caters to both beginners and advanced users:

  • Members can choose the “Auto” setting, where intelligent training programs guide them through workouts with features like the EGYM Curve for real-time feedback on exercise execution.
  • Members who want more freedom and control can opt for the “Individual” mode, enabling personalised routines with greater autonomy, including features like the EGYM Bar for performance tracking.

Both modes aim to provide personalised, effective, and engaging workout experiences tailored to individual fitness levels and goals.

Smart Strength equipment delivers live feedback tailored to experience level—supportive cues via the Curve for beginners to ensure proper form, and performance-driven insights via the Bar for advanced users to optimise intensity and progress. These personalised interfaces keep members motivated, safe, and on track toward their goals, no matter their fitness level.

Set goals and measure progress

With 8 different training programs, EGYM allows users to set personalised fitness goals and monitor their progress effectively. The system automatically adjusts key training parameters – including weight, repetitions, and duration – based on individual performance and selected objectives.

Regular strength assessments ensure that workouts remain aligned with users’ evolving capabilities, promoting continuous improvement and preventing plateaus.  This dynamic approach ensures that training remains both effective and engaging, tailored to each user’s unique fitness journey. Unique, adaptive resistance

Smart Strength machines automatically adjust resistance based on strength tests conducted every six sessions, ensuring members continue progressing.

To keep workouts both efficient and effective, Smart Strength also employs five scientifically-backed training methods, that adapt resistance in real time throughout each repetition:

By cycling through these methods every six sessions, Smart Strength introduces new stimuli to prevent plateaus and promote continuous progress.
