Make every workout easier to follow. Members can now access their Genius AI and Trainer-assigned workouts directly on Smart Strength, with their training plan loaded onto the machine for a seamless, guided workout experience.
More accurate training weight
Leg training gets more effective. Smart Strength Squat now reads each member's current strength more precisely and delivers more accurate training weights, so lower-body sessions land where they should.

Adapt training plans through chat
Life changes. Training plans can keep up. With Genius Chat, members describe what they need, and their plan adapts to their preferences, goals, and circumstances, making it easier to adjust and stay consistent.
Three new fitness goals
Give members training with a long-term health focus. Longevity, Metabolic Fit, and Immunity Boost are now available as Genius fitness goals, combining strength, cardio, and flexibility in science-backed, health-oriented plans.

Muscle balance analysis
Understand each member's strength profile in more detail. Fitness Hub now shows detailed strength test results, including muscle balance analysis and personalised recommendations. Trainers and members gain a clearer picture, so training can be more targeted and effective.
Flexible Genius fitness goals
Give members and trainers more control over training priorities. Fitness Hub now lets them adjust the mix of cardio, strength, and mobility with simple sliders, making it easier to build a plan that fits individual goals.
Smart Cardio
Motivating cardio tests
Turn every cardio test into a moment of motivation. Redesigned results screens give members a clearer view of their VO₂max, how they compare with the wider population, and how they've progressed over time, so each result becomes a reason to keep training.
EGYM Member App
Oura and WHOOP connection
Keep members close to their training. Members can now sync fitness data from Oura and WHOOP with the Member App, bringing more of their personal data together in one place and helping them stay engaged.
Visible strength progress
Progress you can see is progress worth chasing. Members can now view their past Smart Strength performance and how much they've improved over time, giving them a clear reason to keep pushing forward.

Sensopro: coordination training
The EGYM Ecosystem now includes around 150 coordination training exercises from Sensopro, giving trainers and members more ways to build coordination into their plans. Sessions are tracked automatically, with completed workouts and results visible in the activity feed for easy progress tracking.

The EGYM Ecosystem is now available on compatible Wattbike models. Members can log in directly, cycling performance data syncs automatically, VO₂max data transfers across, and training becomes more personalised and data-driven.
