Share Software Packs are powerful digital solutions that work in sync with EGYM smart training hardware. Together, they form the software engine behind the EGYM Ecosystem, a seamlessly connected environment that unites equipment, apps, connectivity, and business tools. These packs allow fitness facilities to:

At the centre of it all is the Core Pack, with optional Success Packs that expand functionality based on your business goals.
The Core Pack is the foundation of every EGYM installation. It powers the complete premium EGYM Experience and includes all essential workout, connectivity, and operational tools as a unified standard.
What’s included in the Core Pack?
- Member workout apps & features: Genius for Members, BioAge, Branded Member App
- Connectivity features & machine software: Smart integration between equipment and digital profiles, automated workout adjustments, seamless data tracking
- Business operational tools: The EGYM Business Suite, performance insights, operational management features
The Core Pack ensures every member enjoys a smart, personalised fitness journey while your business benefits from streamlined operations and real-time data.
The Core Pack is the required essential pack for all gyms that enables the premium EGYM Experience. It connects your hardware, enables the full member workout features journey, and includes features like BioAge, Genius for Members and Business Suite. Success Packs (Training, Growth, Branding, and Enterprise Pack) are optional additional modules that you can select based on your specific business goals.
Our Software Packs structure is designed to provide flexibility through modularity. Every setup begins with the required Core Pack as your essential foundation. From there, you can mix and match any Success Packs in the way that best serves your business goals. This approach allows you to tailor your digital solution to your specific needs.
Yes. All Success Packs integrate seamlessly with the Core Pack and with each other.
You can combine packs to align with your strategic priorities, such as:
- Training + Growth
- Training + Branding
- Growth + Enterprise
Or a full ecosystem approach with multiple packs.
This flexibility allows you to shape your business strategy around your goals—rather than adapting your strategy to your software.
The Trainer App is an integral part of the Training Pack. To access it, you will need both our foundational Core Pack and the Training Pack.
Genius features are integrated directly into our Software Packs for a seamless experience:
- Genius for Members is included in the Core Pack.
- Genius for Trainers is included in the Training Pack.
Our features are available exclusively as part of our Software Packs. If you are looking for a specific capability like class booking, you can access it by purchasing the corresponding Success Pack – in this case, the Training Pack for your facility. This approach ensures that all features work together perfectly to support your business goals.
The Core Pack allows for basic app branding within the EGYM App. This allows your members to see your gym's logo and colours in the app and on the screen icon on your phone once they have downloaded and joined the EGYM App.
To get a dedicated white-label app that members can search for and download directly under your own gym’s name in the App Store, you’ll also need the Branding Pack, alongside the Core Pack.
We do not support "mixed" configurations within a brand account. If your brand utilises an "Own App", all the associated locations must be aligned to that same technical environment. This ensures that your members have a consistent experience.
The Enterprise Pack is designed for multi-location operators. Talk to your EGYM representative to find the best solution for your business.
