    The EGYM Business Suite is an all-new centralised management platform that combines all of EGYM’s existing portals, tools, and core services into one intuitive interface.     Here’s what you get with the EGYM Business Suite: 

    • Product Analytics: Track metrics like active users, demographics, and onboardings
    • People Management: Manage staff and members, including contracts and membership tiers
    • Product Configuration: Configure your EGYM products (e.g. enable Gameday, manage inventory and scale configuration) via self-service
    • Resources & Services: Access all EGYM tools (Marketing Portal, Education Portal, Wellpass, etc.) via a single sign-on, so you only need to log in once.
    • (​​Access to certain features may vary depending on your location or subscription level.) 

    All you need is your EGYM ID credentials (note: these may differ from your previous BMA credentials). Only accounts with Gym Owner rights can log in. After full rollout, access will be available via egym.com. 

    Switching between different locations is super easy. Just navigate to the top left and select the location you want to manage from the dropdown menu. 

    The global rollout will be in Q4 2025. 

    Access to the EGYM Business Suite is free for all EGYM customers who own at least one EGYM core product (hardware or software). 

    Existing customers will be automatically migrated to the EGYM Business Suite. New customers will need to create an EGYM ID account to get started (it’s free).
